At Mooncat, we want you to be over the moon with your purchase; if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your lacquers within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your polishes in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our lunar warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
